Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work at your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please know that Distanceinvited Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm that we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If you are not happy with our reply, write back and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
